Mirakl integration for B&Q, Tesco and The Range

Mirakl integration software for UK sellers

Mirakl integration software connects your seller accounts on Mirakl-powered marketplaces through Mirakl’s API, so you manage products, offers and orders from one system instead of logging in to each retailer’s seller portal. In the UK, B&Q, Tesco, Superdrug, Argos, Mountain Warehouse, Rackhams and The Range all run their marketplaces on Mirakl, and PlusRanger connects to all of them through one standard Mirakl integration.

The basics

What is Mirakl integration software?

Mirakl is the software many retailers use to run their online marketplaces. Each retailer runs its own Mirakl marketplace, and every seller on it gets a seller account with API access.

Mirakl integration software uses that API to connect your business to the marketplace. Instead of keying products, prices and orders into each retailer’s seller portal, you work from one system that talks to Mirakl for you. A Mirakl integration typically covers:

  • Products: creating listings that match the retailer’s own categories and required attributes.
  • Offers: the price and quantity you sell each product at.
  • Orders: pulling orders in and sending shipping updates back.
  • Customer messages: reading and answering buyer questions.

Why PlusRanger

Why UK sellers choose PlusRanger over global listing tools

Global listing platforms are built to connect international brands to hundreds of channels. PlusRanger is built for UK sellers on Mirakl marketplaces like B&Q, Tesco and The Range: each marketplace’s own listing rules, UK VAT invoices and the day-to-day running of your seller accounts.

Save Time & Money with PlusRanger
One catalogue across every Mirakl marketplace
Keep one product record and let PlusRanger map it to each marketplace. Category trees, required attributes and value lists stay in sync per marketplace, and every form opens pre-filled from your record, so you fill the gaps instead of re-keying the product. The same record also feeds your Amazon and Temu listings.

Launch marketplaces faster, with fewer rejections
A readiness check names every blocker by field before upload, such as a missing required attribute or a value that isn’t on the marketplace’s list. When it passes, publish one SKU or queue a whole range with the bulk lister. And because PlusRanger works with every Mirakl marketplace through one standard integration, opening a new one is quick.
Bring a rejected SKU to a demo
Price changes with guardrails
Push price and discount changes to your Mirakl marketplaces, and price changes to TikTok Shop, straight from the product’s pricing tab. Before anything goes live, PlusRanger checks the new price against your price floor and cost margin and flags a suspicious drop, so a mistyped price gets caught before customers see it.

Orders, VAT and customer messages in one place
Orders from your Mirakl marketplaces, Amazon and TikTok Shop land in one dashboard, with VAT invoices generated for you. Customer messages on your Mirakl marketplaces get AI-drafted replies sorted by urgency for you to approve, and your seller-health scores sit on one screen.

Why listings get rejected

Same Mirakl API, different rules on every marketplace

Every Mirakl marketplace shares the same API, but each one sets its own category tree, its own required attributes and its own value lists. A product that goes live on B&Q can still be rejected by Tesco for a missing attribute, or for a value that isn’t on Tesco’s list.

That’s why good Mirakl integration software doesn’t just push data. It keeps each marketplace’s rules in sync and checks your product against them before anything is uploaded.

How it works

How PlusRanger connects to Mirakl marketplaces

  1. Connect each seller account. Add the API key from each of your Mirakl seller accounts, whether that’s B&Q, Tesco, The Range or any other Mirakl marketplace. There is no developer work and no file uploads.
  2. Rules synced per marketplace. PlusRanger keeps each marketplace’s category tree, required attributes and value lists in sync, so you always fill in the form that marketplace actually expects.
  3. Fill one product record. Each marketplace’s form opens pre-filled from your inventory record, so you fill the gaps rather than re-keying the product.
  4. Check before upload. A readiness check names every blocker by field, such as a missing required attribute or a value outside the marketplace’s list, with warnings kept separate from hard blockers.
  5. Publish one SKU or a whole range. List products one at a time or queue a range with the bulk lister, and every SKU is checked before it goes up.
  6. Run the orders. Orders come into one dashboard with VAT invoices generated for you, and customer messages get AI-drafted replies for you to approve.
FAQ

Mirakl integration questions

What is Mirakl and what does it do?

Mirakl is the platform many retailers use to run their own online marketplace, where independent sellers list and sell products alongside the retailer’s own range. Each retailer runs its own Mirakl marketplace with its own seller rules, categories and required attributes, and sellers manage their listings, offers and orders through that marketplace’s seller portal or its API.

Which Mirakl marketplaces does PlusRanger support?

All of them. PlusRanger works with every Mirakl marketplace through one standard integration, including B&Q, Tesco, The Range, Superdrug, Argos, Mountain Warehouse and Rackhams.

Which other retailers run on Mirakl?

Other well-known retailers selling through Mirakl in the UK include Debenhams, Boots, Decathlon, ASOS (through its Partner Fulfils programme) and John Lewis (through its supplier platform). Most of these are invitation-only, so you need the retailer’s approval before you can sell. Once you’re approved, PlusRanger connects to them the same way as any other Mirakl marketplace.

How do I log in to my Mirakl seller account and find my API key?

There isn’t one Mirakl login for every marketplace. Each retailer runs its own Mirakl seller portal, so you log in through the link that marketplace gave you when your seller account was approved. Once you’re in, your API key is in your account’s user settings. Add that key to PlusRanger and the marketplace is connected.

Is Mirakl Connect the same as Mirakl integration software?

No. Mirakl Connect is Mirakl’s own platform for brands and sellers. Mirakl integration software like PlusRanger connects directly to each retailer’s Mirakl seller API, and adds the listing checks, order handling and VAT invoicing you need to run your Mirakl marketplaces day to day.

Can I bulk upload products to Mirakl marketplaces?

Yes. PlusRanger’s bulk lister queues a whole range for any Mirakl marketplace in one go. Every SKU is checked against that marketplace’s required attributes and value lists before it goes up, so you see and fix the blockers first instead of working through a rejection report afterwards.

Does PlusRanger connect Shopify to Mirakl marketplaces?

Yes. Connect one or more Shopify stores and PlusRanger imports your products into one catalogue, matching them by SKU or barcode, so you can list them on B&Q, Tesco, The Range and any other Mirakl marketplace. Your Shopify orders sit in the same dashboard as your marketplace orders, and you can cancel or refund them from PlusRanger.

Why do Mirakl marketplaces reject listings?

The most common reasons are a missing required attribute for the chosen category, or a value that isn’t on the marketplace’s value list. Each Mirakl marketplace sets these rules itself, which is why PlusRanger checks every product against the target marketplace’s rules before upload.

Do I need a developer to connect to Mirakl?

No. With PlusRanger you connect each marketplace by adding the API key from your seller account. PlusRanger handles the Mirakl API calls, the category and attribute sync and the order import.

How much does PlusRanger cost?

There are three plans, priced from £39 to £129, and no card is needed to book a demo. See pricing.
